Board of Directors:

There are currently six (6) elected individuals that sit as Board of Directors voted in by the members of the officially recognized Gumas (cultural houses), and have a two year term from the time they were elected as Board of Directors by the members of the Gumas. If the members continue to elect the individual upon the expiration of their term they can continue to remain indefinitely with no limitation.
Elections are held every two years.

A professor at the University of Guam teaching Chamorro history and culture, publisher of Chamorro literature, grandson of the late Master Blacksmith Tun Joaquin (Jack) Lujan, a fluent speaker of the Chamorro language and culture.

A successful grant writer and nationally recognized project director that has devoted her life to perpetuating, preserving and promoting Chamorro history, language and culture through her advocacy with non-profit organizations to expand organizational capacity for the betterment of Guam and her people.

A successful businessman, former president of Guam Visitor’s Bureau, and a strong supporter of the preservation of the Chamorro language and culture.
